What are your Delivery fees?

Shipping quotes are required for all orders


 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, please email info@gardenbeet.com for a shipping quote.  We aim to return all queries within 24 hours, if not earlier. Can’t wait for a quote? No problems. Simply place an order online and make payment for goods. We will email you with a request for additional funds (if required) to cover the shipping costs. Please be assured we do not make profit on shipping and will charge at cost only .  

 

Does someone need to be home to accept delivery?

Yes.

If we miss you the first time simply call the number supplied on the back of the delivery slip.  Re-arrange a suitable time for delivery.  Standard delivery times are Monday to Friday 9am till 7pm.

 

Can you leave my delivery outside my home without a signature?

Yes but we would rather an alternative strategy. Please consider a work or neighbours address if someone can not be home.

 

When will I receive my order?

Most parcels are delivered within 5 working days of payment, however occasionally factors beyond our control can delay a parcel.  If an item is not available for dispatch within 1-2 days of payment we will contact you to discuss delivery options.   If you have not received your order after 10 working days (except for those items that may have a longer dispatch period) please contact us. We do ask for your patience and cooperation in these circumstances, rest assured a replacement or refund will be arranged should the item not arrive.
