Do you accept returns?

Yes, no matter what the reason. Please be aware that you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If you intend to return an item you must advise us by email ask@gardenbeet.com within 7 days of item receipt, including your name, date of order and reason for the return.

Goods shall be re-saleable with original labels intact. All items shall be returned to us prior to a refund being made.

Providing you have informed Garden Beet of your intention to return an item within 7 days of item receipt, returns can be accepted by Garden Beet up to 28 days of you receiving the item.

We strongly recommend that you use registered post because we cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged items. If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value should the item need to be reduced in price for resale.
