What are your Delivery fees?
Standard Delivery over £50 -
Order over £50 to Mainland UK to one address and we offer FREE DELIVERY (excluding the Highlands and the Islands).
Standard Delivery under £50 -
A flat rate charge of £5 for orders under £50 to Mainland UK (excluding The Highlands
and the Islands) to one address. This cost includes up to £50 of transit insurance
and delivery usually within 2-
Delivery Outside UK mainland
If you live outside UK mainland please make contact for a shipping quote.
Do you provide Next Day Delivery?
Yes, we will try our best to provide Next Day Delivery. Please make contact prior to 11.30am to obtain quote.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, please email ask@gardenbeet.com for a shipping quote. We aim to return all queries within 24 hours, if not earlier.
Can’t wait for a quote? No problems. Simply place an order online and make payment for goods. We will email you with a request for additional funds (if required) to cover the shipping costs. Please be assured we do not make profit on shipping and will charge at cost only .
When will I receive my order?
Most parcels are delivered within 5 working days of payment, however occasionally factors beyond our control can delay a parcel.

If you have not received your order after 10 working days (except for those items that may have a longer dispatch period as detailed below) please contact us. We do ask for your patience and cooperation in these circumstances, rest assured a replacement or refund will be arranged should the item not arrive.
Please note the following furniture and planter items may have longer dispatch periods:
Ambient Lounge Range (usually 10 days),
Outback Hanging Chair and Seat (up to 8 weeks)
